Owns three Insurance Agencies. Designing and providing Employee Benefits for over 23 years - Licensed in 18 States. Attended Michigan State University.

Fred D. Todd - Co-Chairman
Over 26 years in municipal governments including Chief Financial Officer Of Wayne County and most recently, Controller/Administrator of Saginaw County. Degrees include Juris Doctorate, MPA, MBA, BS-Accounting and Financial Administration. 

Cathy J. Snyder - Partner
Former President (2003-2009) and over 23 years in municipal government, including Administration Director for Saginaw County with responsibility of negotiating and overseeing over 20 union contracts. Masters in Administration. 

David D. Benda -  President
Over 26 years in Michigan municipal governments, including 10 years as Administrator/Controller for  Midland County, six years as Administrator for Clinton County, 11 years as Budget Director for Ingham County and 2 years as a high school teacher.  Honorary Life Member of the Michigan Association of County Administrative Officers, Current 2nd Vice President of the Michigan Public Employer Labor Relations Association and Dudley Sherman Award recipient in 2009.  Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Public Administration from Michigan State University.

Angela L. Garner, Vice President
Over five years in municipal government, an additional five years in private sector management and accounting. Masters in Business Administration.

Daniel R. Skiver, Account Manager

Over nine years municipal government experience, most recently as the Gratiot County Administrator. Masters in Business Administration.
